Everyday WellBEING: A Wellness Workshop

Would being more nourished in your day to day life feel supportive? How would it feel to carve out time for YOU and create a personalized self-care practice?

Integrating nourishment and wellness into your daily life starts by prioritizing YOU ... today and every day. A Daily Wellness Practice is the key to keep you nourished and shining from within!


Join us for an afternoon of restful rejuvenation.  During this 3 hour wellness experience, you will be invited to:

  • Nourish your mind, body and soul through a gentle Yin Yoga class.

  • Tune into what your body needs.

  • Learn how the art of rest can lead us back to wholeness.

  • Experience and personalize an inventory of simple self-care rituals to nourish and restore. 

  • Create your own unique Daily Wellness Practice - customized to your lifestyle and what feels most nourishing to you. 

This workshop includes a 1-on-1 coaching call, 7 to 10 days after the workshop, to follow up on the integration of your Daily Wellness Practice. This call is optional, and is designed to assist you in making any adjustments needed to encourage you to find the right rhythm that weaves wellness into your life.

We will gather at Yoga Star - a bright, beautifully lit yoga and wellness studio in the Roncesvalles area.

Kristine and Melissa connected many years ago through their mutual love for spending time in nature. They are active advocates for nourishment and wellBEING in all areas of life. Both have followed their own unique journeys - learning from burnout and illness - to cultivating a personal practice for everyday wellBEING.  

Returning to self and care opened the door to a whole new way of life through "self-care", and the integration of wellness in their day-to-day lives. They are both passionate about what they have learned through cultivating and prioritizing a personal practice in their every-day life.  

Now Kristine and Melissa live, coach and teach from this foundational place in a variety of ways. This collaboration was born of the desire to support others who are seeking daily nourishment and enhanced wellbeing.
