Praise for Kathrin Brunner
“Any opportunity I had to take a class with Kathrin was always a good one – her classes left me feeling strong, connected to my body and inspired. Kathrin, is a thoughtful and motivating teacher who offers a wide variety of cues, both visual and anatomical, which I appreciated as a Pilates Instructor. She is also fun to be around!”

Liyanage
“I am a yoga teacher with a decade of teaching and practice experience and Kathrin’s classes were consistently a source of inspiration for me. Her attention to detail, progressive sequencing and creative cueing allowed me to experience new depth and understanding of both asana and my own tendencies within them. The influence of Pilates within her yoga sequences took poses to another level of stability and always left me feeling grounded and strong. As an added benefit her soothing voice brought an element of ease during challenging poses and helped me unwind immensely at the end of class.”
